Analysis services

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies—text files stored on your device—to help analyze how users interact with our website. The information generated by these cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.

To ensure anonymized data collection, we use the extension “gat._anonymizeIp();” on this website. This means that Google shortens your IP address before transmission if you are located within a member state of the European Union or another contracting state to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the U.S. and shortened there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the collection and processing of your data by Google (including your IP address) by installing the browser plug-in available at:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Alternatively, you can opt out of Google Analytics by clicking the following link. This sets an opt-out cookie that prevents future tracking when visiting our website: Deactivate Google Analytics

Hubspot CRM

We also use the integrated software solution HubSpot CRM from HubSpot, a U.S.-based software company with a branch office at 2nd Floor, 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland (“HubSpot”), to support our online marketing activities—such as contacting you via email. For this purpose, HubSpot uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) to recognize you during future visits to our website.

You can find more information about Hubspot's privacy practices here.
Information about HubSpot’s compliance with EU data protection regulations is available here.
Details about the cookies used by HubSpot can be found here and here.

If you prefer not to allow HubSpot to collect data, you can disable the storage of cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Performance measurement for advertising customers

External URLs from our partners may be integrated into our campaigns to track metrics such as how often a campaign was clicked. This information is then shared with the respective retailer.

IP addresses are processed solely in truncated, anonymized form to ensure that no personal data can be linked back to individual users.

Data retention, duration of storage

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and processed—for example, to respond to an inquiry you submitted via email.

If we no longer have a legitimate business reason to process your personal data, we will delete it. Any mandatory legal retention requirements remain unaffected.

Your rights

If you would like to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, you can contact us at any time using the details provided in the "How to contact us" section.

f you are a resident of the European Union, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, request that we restrict processing, or ask for your data to be transferred to another party. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via the details provided in the "How to contact us" section.

You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in our newsletters or by contacting us directly. If you would like to opt out of other types of marketing (e.g., postal mail), please reach out using the contact information provided.

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to your withdrawal, nor does it affect processing based on other legal grounds, such as legitimate interest.

You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority regarding our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority. (A list of data protection authorities in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and certain non-European countries—including the U.S. and Canada—can be found here).
